Abstract:

In recent years, distribution system of goods and services specifically in domestic CHAIN stores lack efficiency and effectiveness according to a developing economy and urban life. One of the best strategies to improve the CHAIN store's performance is SUPPLY CHAIN management (SCM). So this study tries to extend previous SCM approach by presenting a new framework.Relevant researches in this field; emphasized that new dimensions such as SUPPLY CHAIN institualization and integration, leadership, culture of competitiveness and knowledge acquisition besides of conventional aspect(such as processes, financial, etc)have positive impact in SUPPLY CHAIN performance. In other words this framework contain following steps. First we develop the new approach to calculate the weights of criterion of the SCM EXCELLENCE model, then, we evaluate the casual relationship between these criterions. Finally we synthesize above mentioned steps to achieve SUPPLY CHAIN CRITICAL PATH EXCELLENCE ((SCCPE)).

Abstract:

In recent years, SUPPLY CHAIN management and its performance measurement has been an area of interest to both scholars & practitioners especially in the field of operation and production management. The purpose of this paper is to propose and validate a new framework based on total quality management and EFQM concepts. In this research we try to develop a synthesized model by comparison of EFQM measures, recent SUPPLY CHAIN performance measurement literacy, and socio economical contributing factors of Shahrvand CHAIN Stores. The model was measured by questionnaire approach. The criteria's reliability, validity and criteria's weight evaluated by advanced statistical and mathematical methods. The results of the research reflect significant difference between current & desirable situation for some of criteria of the model. It is important to notice that the findings of this research should cautiously be generalized to other organizations of the same line of business since the model has only been tested in one SUPPLY CHAIN. In other word, because of the nature of the case study, external validity of the model is not justifiable.

Abstract:

Increasing competition due to globalization, product diversity and technological breakthroughs stimulate independent firms to collaborate in a SUPPLY CHAIN that allows gaining the mutual benefits. This requires a collective coordination framework and migration PATH to synchronize and to integrate the information systems and also organizational activities of the SUPPLY CHAIN partners. However, existing research in SUPPLY CHAIN integration has paid little attention in identifying and developing a migration PATH to know the present level of SUPPLY CHAIN among the SUPPLY CHAIN partners. Hence, the objective of this paper is to develop a framework for SUPPLY CHAIN integration. In the proposed research, the informational, organizational and information technology integration is operationalized for the development of SUPPLY CHAIN Integration framework for manufacturing industries. Further, this paper includes a comprehensive understanding of SUPPLY CHAIN integration in general and specifically organizational, informational and IT integration. The developed framework for SUPPLY CHAIN integration is validated by a pilot study and it helps the organizations to know the present level and provides a migration PATH to move to the next level of SUPPLY CHAIN integration. This paper will add onto the contribution of authors who have ventured study in the area of SUPPLY CHAIN integration.

Abstract:

Today, one of the tools for Environmental sustainability, along with increasing manufacturers' performance is Green SUPPLY CHAIN management (GSCM). In this way, the purpose of this paper is to study "Identifying&prioritizing the effective factors on Green SUPPLY CHAIN Management in chemical and detergents manufacturers by using PATH Analysis Approach". The empirical data used in this study consists of questionnaire responses from 36 managers chemical and detergents manufacturers. Statistical analysis of data was done in two stages; Kendall's Tau-b Correlation study and use of statistical method of PATH Analysis. The results show the rejection of influence on internal drivers on Green SUPPLY CHAIN Management practices (third hypothesis), while the influence of external drivers on internal drivers and GSCM practices have been approved. This indicates that external drivers can provide positive bias of internal drivers towards a GSCM practice and manufacturers have to do this in order to stay in this competitio

Abstract:

In this study having domestic car SUPPLY CHAIN (SC) investigated, a new methodology for determining CRITICAL Success Factors (CSFs) is introduced. This methodology is based on the most important SC enablers at commercial, process, operational, and developmental layers trying to find and explain the CRITICAL success factors and subsequently the areas that can be improved. Hence, drawing on the proposed model, 191 questionnaires were distributed among managers of five groups of units in the SC layers. Factor analysis results of the 131 returned questionnaires showed that the CSFs of the car industry SUPPLY CHAIN are Employee empowerment, improvement of products and services, customer management, Suppliers’ quality management, ERP implementation and management’s commitment to development of business plans.

AIMS. One of the most important issues in the blood SUPPLY CHAIN is meeting the demand for hospitals' blood SUPPLY, which becomes more sensitive in times of crisis. Given that access to blood SUPPLY is often restricted in CRITICAL situations due to a sudden increase in demand, the SUPPLY CHAIN is in severe trouble during and after the crisis. The aim of this study was to investigate the factors affecting blood donation by donors in the blood SUPPLY CHAIN under CRITICAL conditions. MATERIALS & METHODS. This descriptive-survey study was performed on all blood donors in Mazandaran, Iran province during the first four months of 2018. Using cluster sampling method, 384 samples were selected. Data were collected using a valid and reliable researcher-made questionnaire. Data analysis was performed using structural equation modeling in SPSS 20 and LISREL 8. 50 software. FINDINGS. In this study, 92. 97% of 384 persons were male and the age group of 31-40 years with the frequency of 36. 20% had the highest age range. Evaluation of the research model showed that all fit indices were within acceptable range. Factor loadings for variable effects of advertising and informing, motivation, awareness and subjective norms on blood donation in crisis conditions were 0. 98 (t=10. 31), 0. 80 (t=9. 45), 0. 66 (t=8. 60) and 0. 57 (t=4. 75) were estimated. Therefore, advertising and information had the greatest impact on blood donation by donors in CRITICAL conditions. CONCLUSION. The results showed that advertising, motivation, subjective norms, and donor awareness have a positive and direct effect on blood SUPPLY in the crisis SUPPLY CHAIN, and advertising and informing have the most impact.

Abstract:

Natural disasters and unexpected events such as earthquakes, floods, storms, droughts and fires entail different parts of the world annually, and the lack of preparation and appropriate solution inflicts heavy casualties and losses on nations and their assets, which are sometimes irrecoverable. The fire and collapse of the Plasco building, in Tehran, the recent earthquake in Sar-e-Pul Zahab, in Kermanshah, was also a disaster that, in addition to heavy financial losses, has caused deaths and many worries about other old buildings and unforeseen incidents. In this regard, information is a key stimulus of the humanitarian SUPPLY CHAIN, because, without proper and adequate information, a relief team cannot estimate the aspirations of the injured peoples. In this research, after reviewing the literature and interviews with managers and experts in the field of rescue and crisis management, 10 CRITICAL success factors of the use of information technology in human resource SUPPLY CHAIN management were extracted. Then, the relationship between these factors was explained by interpretive structural modeling technique and factors were placed on 5 levels. In the following, using fuzzy DEMATEL technique, the severity of the relationship between the specified factors and a conceptual map (causal and causal relationships of factors) was proposed, in which 7 factors were identified as effective factors and 3 were identified as influential factors. According to the final results, "hiring of knowledge workers" as the most influential factor in the lowest level and "strategic planning" was recognized as the most influential factor in the highest level, which requires serious attention of the managers of rescue and relief and management of the country's crisis.
